In July 1952 the world was electrified by large newspaper headlines and photos of squadrons of UFOs flying repeatedly over the nation's Capital in Washington, DC.

Several months later General Dwight D. Eisenhower, a General during World War II, was elected President. The same month President Eisenhower took office in January 1953, the CIA's OSI (Office of Scientific Intelligence) was ordered to determine if the UFO phenomenon over the US were interstellar vehicles. OSI convened the Robertson Panel of scientists, which recommended expansion of an US Air Force study of UFOs, called “Project Blue Book“.

Although the Blue Book report was inconclusive, by 1956, Captain Edward J. Ruppelt, then in charge of “Project Blue Book“ had stated:

At the end of World War II, Germany had developed several types of airplanes and guided missiles, mostly still in the planning stages, but they were the only devices similar to the UFO phenomenon in their behavior.

Certainly, he was NOT referring to the Me-262 jet as comparable to the flight performance of any UFO of that time period. Similarly, a V-2 missile could indeed reach above Mach 3 during its trajectory and final terminal velocity… and yet this is still not comparable to a UFO, especially the type that blitzed Washington D.C. with estimated speeds of over 7,200 mph! So what was Ruppelt implying without revealing classified material?

If we look at the performance and strange propulsion systems of the German Haunebu and Vril craft along with their “Foo Fighters” (US Intel Phoo Bombs) WNF Feuerball and AEG Kugelblitz of the air wars in the ETO from Nov 1944 until April 1945 and then resuming over Japan in August 1945, it becomes quite reasonable to assume that the “devices” mentioned by Ruppelt were actually German disc craft and other secret weapons.

Some of these German weapons were shipped to Japan; specifically, to Mitsubishi and Nakajima for evaluation and deployment. It is rumored that the Japanese developed their own disc aircraft from the German designs, although Japanese crews operating the WNF Feuerballs and AEG Kugelwaffen became so disturbed by their “demonic” propulsion systems that they ultimately destroyed them in a large pit with dynamite after VJ-Day.

Yet sightings of disc aircraft over Japan continued postwar. The majority of them simply disappeared in the Pacific, but high concentrations have been reported over French Polynesia.

It has been claimed that in 1954 President Eisenhower himself was contacted by non-terrestrial beings at Muroc Field (Edwards AFB) with a request that their presence be announced to the American public and UN. Eisenhower refused on the grounds that such a revelation would destabilize the world and its many belief systems.

Another group, however, welcomed the meetings with these beings in the same manner it was believed that the Germans had during the war. This was the Bilderberg Group (founded by an ex-SS officer) which, like so many occult orders, sought the long-awaited “New World Order”.

Collaborating with the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations), the Bilderberg group supposedly met with the beings from the Pleiades and former German and Japanese scientists to discuss advances in human technology in exchange for permanent bases here on earth.

Since the Germans were already suspected on harboring hostile non-terrestrial beings at Base 211 in Neu Schwabenland, Antarctica under a Nazi colony and continuing their own hostile disc development program, the Japanese suggested that many of the islands in Polynesia might be suitable to conceal technological activity there.

This arrangement afforded the non-terrestrials an opportunity to closely monitor Earth cultures and behavior; and it permitted Earth governments a way in which to monitor extraterrestrial culture and behavior. Furthermore, the beings promised to advance US and World technologies in much the same way they had indirectly aided the Germans during the war through reverse-engineering (see Freiburg Disc). Some of the reputed exotic technology included: the computer chip, fiber optics, lasers, gene-splicing therapy, cloning, night-vision equipment, super-tensile fibers, aerospace ceramics, stealth technology, particle-beam devices, and gravity-control flight.

While this might seem too hard to take seriously, consider that list and how many German advances were made during the war: laser (I.G. Farben), night-vision equipment (Spanner, ZG-1229 Vampir, Uhu SdKfz 251, Panther tanks with IR), stealth technology (Ho-IX/Go-229), beam weapons (Donar KSK), and gravity-control flight (Haunebu and Vril discs).

But since the colony at Neu Schwabenland was still fighting an undeclared war at Base 211 against the US from 1947 until 1958, German scientists from the US along with Japanese scientists were taken by USN transport to work at secret facilities in French Polynesia. The French joined this agreement in 1954 for the building of the secret base, but had trouble covering-up unusual UFO activity over their islands that extends all the way down to Australia and New Zealand. There are also rumors of French protest over the technologies involved, but the US thus far has excluded France from the lion’s share of so-called acquired exotic E.T. technology.
